Ms. Kemp has been practicing law for thirty years.  Since graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law, she worked for the Baldwin County District Attorney's office and as an associate of the firm of Wilkins, Bankester, Biles & Wynne, P.A., before opening her own practice in 2003.  Ms. Kemp is a former president of the Baldwin County Bar Association and has served on several professional committees and boards.  Currently, Ms. Kemp has an active practice in the areas of family law, and criminal defense, in addition to serving as Municipal  Prosecutor for the City of Spanish Fort, Alabama.  As a certified mediator, she assists parties in bringing closure to their pending legal matter in an amicable setting.
